WARRANTY and RETURNS

We understand that from time to time you may need to return a product. For this we a created a fair 14 day from receipt policy for you to return your items. All we ask in return is that the returned items are unopened and sealed (any broken seals cannot be accepted as the integrity of the product would have been compromised) and the item is returned by the same shipping method that was used to dispatch it originally. The outward shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Should you be returning an item due to a fault of our own, we will guarantee to fully refund you of all your purchase costs and to cover your return shipping costs.
